The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination in order to effectively maintain the sales organization at full daily utilization. Your purpose would be to serve as an integral resource for the Head of Sales and Marketing, OEM-Agency sales force, Marketing Manager, and Sales Operations Manager.

EVOX is looking for a strong sales executive to follow through with OEM/Agency opportunities at the higher levels in the organization, gain in depth understanding of image needs and translate these into solutions and signed deals. The successful individual will exhibit drive and intelligence and have a minimum of 3 years experience selling digital marketing solutions to OEMs and Agencies.
EVOX is looking for a strong sales executive to build on established relationships and provide solutions. The successful individual will exhibit drive and intelligence and have a minimum of 5 years experience selling digital solutions into Tier 2 and Tier 3 Automotive markets.
Will prepare and execute deliveries by utilizing pre-existing scripts and Photoshop actions to create batch movement and renaming of files. Will facilitate the batch processes using simple scripts to call on other post-production programs such as Adobe Photoshop, FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Excel, Flash, QuickTime and Apple Mail.
EVOX is looking for an experienced Producers to be a primary operational liaison with global OEM/Agency clients, and manage projects on budget and at the highest quality and speed of delivery. The successful individuals will exhibit problem solving skills and attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills. Requires a minimum of 3 years experience managing projects for a digital solutions provider serving automotive OEMs and Agencies.
The project manager will work side by side with our production team to manage multiple projects from start to finish. This position will create, update and manage both internal and external schedules and milestones as they evolve, and will be responsible for working with leads from multiple departments (i.e., modelers, CG and photo post, photographers), to ensure deadlines are met and team schedules created.
The experienced product retoucher will be responsible for producing and retouching digital images for the automotive industry including editing and correcting photographic and digital images to client specifications.
The CG Compositor will work with the CGL production teams to create new content that will be web, mobile, and print oriented. Duties include, but are not limited to: photo-realistic compositing, lighting, and material surface development, creation of Nuke gizmos,optimization of Nuke processes through the use of Python scripts, creation of new product comps to work with the Evox CG Vehicle Library, and facilitating Maya to Nuke hand-off. Must have expert knowledge with hard surface texturing and lighting, Autodesk Maya, Nuke, V-Ray, 2D image creation, 3D lighting, and 3D content composing.
The Jr. 3D Artist will create exterior vehicle renders using our existing CGI models, including renders with the appropriate and approved exterior colors, textures, etc. They may need to modify the vehicle shaders to match approved data for each individual vehicle. Should have good working knowledge of Maya and Nuke, be familiar with Photoshop, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapid development environment on key product development tasks.
